Drum Rotator - Fork Mounted

The Fork Mounted Drum Rotator has been designed for quick and easy fitment and operation. The attachment simply slides onto the forks of the truck and is held in place using screw downs. All models have a girdle in which the drum fixes positively that can be rotated through 360 degrees. This range is available with two girdle types; an over centre steel clamp suitable for 210 litre (45 Gallon) steel drums, ideal for handling drums with corrosive contents or especially arduous conditions, or a double webbing strap/ratchet suitable for 210/220 litre (45 Gallon) steel and plastic drums, ideal for preventing slippage on plastic 'L' & 'XL' Ring barrels. A model is also available for smaller 110 litre (20/25 Gallon) drums. Each drum rotator has optional methods of operation; Crank Handle operation provides easy decanting at shoulder level, Loop chain allows dispensing above shoulder height & hydraulic operation (using a hydraulic motor that is connected to the auxiliary valve on the forktruck) allows rotation without the driver leaving his seat. All Models are fitted with a heavy duty gearbox for controlled pouring.

Drum Rotator - Crane Slung

The Crane Slung Drum Rotator has been designed primarily for use with an overhead crane. The attachment comes complete with a shackle which has two location points for carrying the drum when full and empty. This model also has small fork pockets to fit onto the forks of a forklift truck and is held in place using screw downs. All models have a girdle in which the drum fixes positively that can be rotated through 360 degrees. Drum Rotator - Universal

The Universal Drum Rotator has been designed for use with drums of varying types and sizes. This makes it ideal for use in workplaces that use a wide range of drums. This attachment will handle any type of 210/220 Litre (45 Gallon) barrel in plastic, steel or fibreboard. The special base plate offers support for flexible sided drums and the double strap ensures the drum remains firmly in place during the pouring cycle. The attachment comes complete with a shackle which has two location points for carrying the drum when full and empty. This model also has small fork pockets to fit onto the forks of a forklift truck and is held in place using screw downs, and is therefore suitable for use with a crane of forklift. All models can be rotated through 360 degrees. Drum Rotator - Heavy Duty

The Heavy Duty Drum Rotator has been designed for applications where drum contents have a high volume to weight ratio. Ideal for applications carrying powders, scrap, lead or steel components. The Duel mountings allow use with an overhead crane or forklift. The attachment comes complete with a shackle which has two location points for carrying the drum when full and empty and also has small fork pockets to fit onto the forks of the forklift which are held in place using screw downs. Both models have a girdle in which the drum fixes positively and can be rotated through 360 degrees. The drum is held in place using two over centre steel clamps. Suitable for use with 210 litre (45 Gallon) steel drums only. Each barrel tippler has optional methods of operation; Crank Handle operation provides easy decanting at shoulder level, Loop chain allows dispensing above shoulder height. Each Model is fitted with a heavy duty gearbox for controlled pouring.

Drum Rotator - Capstan Operated

The Capstan Operated Drum Rotator has been designed for light weight infrequent operations. The detachable capstan handle offers a simple but effective means of turning over a 210 litre steel drum, allowing the contents to be emptied. This attachment is only suitable for use with full drums. Fork Pockets and crane eye allow fitment to crane or forklift.

Drum Rotator - Fork/Crane Mounted

This Drum Rotator has been designed to give the user the flexibility of having a Crane slung or Fork Mounted style drum rotator. The special frame assembly can either be mounted directly on to the truck forks via fork pockets or can be slung under a hook or crane. This unit is ideal for use where trucks and emptying heights can be variable. This range is available with two girdle types; an over centre steel clamp suitable for 210 litre (45 Gallon) steel drums, ideal for handling drums with corrosive contents or especially arduous conditions, or a double webbing strap/ratchet suitable for 210/220 litre (45 Gallon) steel and plastic drums, ideal for preventing slippage on plastic ‘L’ & ‘XL Ring barrels. Rotation is achieved by using a crank handle. Fitted with a heavy duty gearbox for controlled pouring.

Drum Rotator - Sideways Rotation

The Sideways Drum Rotator has been designed for narrow isle operation. Mounting the girdle Infront of the forks allows the drum to be rotated through 360 degrees at 90 degrees to the forklift axis. The attachment simply slides onto the forks of the truck and is held in place using screw downs. All models have a girdle in which the drum fixes positively that can be rotated through 360 degrees. Drum Rotator - Multi Purpose

The Multi purpose drum rotator has been designed for use in areas where wheelie bins and drums are used. A special Girdle has been developed that allows both receptacles to be clamped around their mid points and rotated. The Drum/Bin is held in place using double webbing and ratchet straps. Rotation is carried out by either means of a crank handle for below shoulder applications and loop chain for above shoulder operation.

Drum Dumper

The Drum Dumper has been developed to be used in conjunction with 210 litre (45 Gallon) Steel Drums, this drum rotator offers a low cost solution for emptying drums filled with scrap or swarf. The Steel drums can be lifted from work areas and transported to the larger waste receptacle and dumped without any manual handling. This reduces labour times and offers a safe alternative to emptying by hand. The drum is gripped firmly in the girdle using a single over centre clamp.
